Our Story & Purpose

Child Ortho Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children by providing access to essential orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care. Established under the guidance of Dr. Gaurav Gupta, a renowned paediatric orthopaedic surgeon practising in Delhi NCR, the Foundation was created to ensure that no child is denied treatment due to financial limitations.

We work at the intersection of medical expertise and social responsibility. While advanced orthopaedic care exists, it often remains out of reach for families facing economic hardship. Child Ortho Foundation bridges this gap by offering ethical, timely and child-focused treatment for bone, joint and mobility-related conditions.

Our approach goes beyond medical intervention. Through subsidised monthly OPD camps, subsidised surgeries and access to allied services such as physiotherapy, orthotics and prosthetics, we aim to support children throughout their healing and rehabilitation journey. Every decision we make is guided by the belief that mobility is not a privilege—it is a right.

At Child Ortho Foundation, compassion is central to our work. We are committed to restoring movement, reducing pain and helping children reclaim their childhoods with dignity, care and hope for a healthier future.

Vision

We envision a future where every child, regardless of socio-economic background, has the opportunity to grow, move and live without avoidable physical limitations. Child Ortho Foundation strives to create a compassionate healthcare ecosystem where early intervention, specialised paediatric orthopaedic care and long-term rehabilitation help children lead healthier, more independent and dignified lives.

Mission

To provide accessible, ethical and high-quality orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care to underprivileged children, ensuring that financial limitations do not become a barrier to a child receiving timely diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Through subsidised OPD services, subsidised surgeries and allied healthcare support, we are committed to restoring mobility, reducing pain and improving the quality of life for every child we serve.

Our Aim

The core objective of Child Ortho Foundation is to provide timely, ethical and high-quality orthopaedic care to children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We focus on the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of bone and musculoskeletal disorders, ensuring that financial limitations never stand in the way of a child’s recovery.

Through monthly subsidised OPD camps, subsidised surgeries and allied rehabilitation services, we strive to offer children not just treatment—but a renewed chance at mobility, independence and a healthier future.

Guided by a child-centred approach, we provide accessible paediatric orthopaedic care to underprivileged children, supporting them from diagnosis to recovery through subsidised OPD services, subsidised treatment and rehabilitation support.
