1. Nature of Donations
All donations made to Child Ortho Foundation are voluntary contributions made to support our charitable activities and initiatives.

2. Refund Policy
As a general rule, donations are non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

Duplicate donation transactions
Incorrect donation amount entered due to a technical error
Unauthorised or fraudulent transaction (subject to verification)

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the donor must:

Submit a written request within 7 days of the transaction

Transaction ID / Payment reference
Date and amount of donation
Reason for refund request

5. Cancellation Policy
Once a donation is completed, it cannot be cancelled by the donor. Any eligible adjustments will be handled through the refund process outlined above.

6. Discretion
Child Ortho Foundation reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, after reviewing the circumstances of each case.
